Tadeusz Baranowski, creator of the comic character of Professor Nerwosolek, and Krzysztof Gawronkiewicz, the author of the Mikropolis series, visited Poznań to meet their readers. Papcio Chmiel, or Henryk Jerzy Chmielewski, greeted readers from a large screen. He also spoke about the latest episode in his Tytus, Romek i A'tomek comic series-a book that is soon to be released. Visitors watched films from the Łódź comic book festival and cartoons about Professor Nerwosolek made by the Bielsko-Biała Cartoon Studio in the 1980s. Also present were representatives of the Poznań comic community including Wojciech Nawrot, Paweł Zych and Wiesław Ziuto-Skupniewicz.

The event is held in the M1 Shopping Mall in the district of Franowo in Poznań from Jan. 20 through Jan. 29. Its originator is Jolanta Piasecka of Księgarnia Poznańska. A contest also allowed competitors try their hand at comic book drawing.
