Inflation May Fall Below 3% in February: Official

Poland's consumer inflation may fall to below 3% y/y in February, the Finance Ministry’s deputy statistics director Sławomir Dudek told the PAP news agency.
"In February there is a chance of CPI falling below 3% y/y, if the trends seen to date hold,” Dudek said.
According to Finance Ministry estimates released Monday, inflation in January stood at 3.5% y/y.
