The Mercure Kasprowy Hotel is located on the sunny slopes of Gubałówka Mountain, offering a magnificent view of the Tatras.

The hotel has 288 single and double rooms, including 12 suites and four rooms for disabled guests. All rooms have pay TV, a radio, a telephone, a safe box (only suites and rooms on the third floor), a minibar and direct Internet access.

The hotel has a wide range of catering services. Guests of the hotel restaurant can sample the specialties of regional and international cuisine. The chefs specialize in seasonal and theme menus.
Next to the hotel, in a picturesque clearing, is Kasprowy Przycup, a regional inn that serves cuisine typical of the Podhale region. The inn's simple interior, the colorful folk costumes of the staff, a roaring fire and regional music, all contribute to its unique atmosphere.

Guests can unwind by using the hotel's extensive recreational facilities, that include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, tanning room, aerobic machines, an oxygen bar, a game room and a tennis court. The hotel's neighborhood also offers attractive leisure opportunities, both in summer and in winter. Right next to the hotel are two ultramodern chair lifts on the Gubałówka slope, and a ski and snowboard rental shop is open in the winter.

An undoubted attraction at The Mercure Kasprowy Hotel is an outdoor swimming pool. The pool is 180 meters long and 40 m wide, and the water surface - in which you can see thereflection of the Giewont mountain - is 5,000 sq m. It is the only such reservoir in the area with water treated by silicon and UV filters. Owing to geothermal sources, the water temperature is around 24^o Celsius. The facility has changing rooms, showers, beach chair and sports equipment rental, and a beach volleyball court. Hotel guests are entitled to a special discount for using the pool.
