"How young is your heart?" is the motto for events in Warsaw marking this year's World Heart Day. The event, which has been organized by the Polish Cardiological Society and the city of Warsaw Promotions Office, will take place in Pola Mokotowskie park.

The campaign is in its fifth year, and Poland, like 120 other countries around the world, is taking an active part in a heart disease prevention and awareness program.

The event in Pola Mokotowskie park will be educational as well as entertaining. Cardiologists will perform medical examinations on site. There will also be contests with prizes and sporting activities such as tai chi. The event will end on a musical note and there will be performances by Majka Jeżowska, Marysia Sadowska and the Zakopower group.
