Poles say no to new constitution

While most right wing parties are asking for the end of the 3rd Republic of Poland, and for the establishment of the 4th Republic. Poles, even though they are more inclined to vote for right-wing parties in the September 25 election, don't seem to be supporting the idea, as only 30% are in favour of enacting a new constitution, while 44% are against.

The real question is why are these fools wasting our time with this garbage. What will this change?

Poland has achieved real success in stabilizing inflation and in reducing external deficits and debts. It is time to change the tax system to create an environment favorable to growth and a reduction in unemployment.

In the rush to integrate itself economically with the EU, Poland is forfeiting its ability to encourage growth. GDP growth is not expected to exceed 3.5% for 2005 and unemployment is nearly 20%. If the structural flaws that lead to this situation are not remedied, Poland will long be Europe's poor little brother.
