Minister Pawlak Calls for General Security Act

Deputy PM and economy minister Waldemar Pawlak Wednesday suggested the passage of a general safety law to regulate aid to disaster victims.
According to Pawlak current laws to not provide a comprehensive disaster response system and in effect aid to victims is haphazard and organized anew with each incident.
