Stars to Shine at Orange Warsaw Festival
Courtney Love, Nelly Furtado and Mika are among the stars of the Orange Warsaw Festival, one of the biggest music events in Poland which will be held at the Służewiec Horse Racing Track on Aug. 28-29.
The first day of the festival will be given over to alternative music. Topping the bill will be American group Hole and their charismatic vocalist Courtney Love.
British three-piece White Lies will be also be taking the stage, along with a strong Polish contingent comprising Kim Nowak, the Waglewski brothers’ latest project.
The second day will focus on a more general audience. The stars of day two will include British singer-songwriter Mika, best known here for his hit “Relax, Take It Easy,” Aura Dione, an up-and-coming Danish star who blends electronica, folk, dub and pop, and Canadian vocalist Nelly Furtado.
