Listed real estate developer Polnord expects its H2 results to be better than for the first six months, and its 2011 results to improve on this year's figures thanks to a growing share of the commercial segment, CEO Wojciech Ciurzynski told TVN CNBC.

"We will complete around 600 apartments by the end of the year, Ciurzynski said.

As a result, H2 will be better than H1, with the company aiming for a PLN 70 million net profit, he added.
