Former Head of Anticorruption Police Accused of Power Abuse

Former head of Central Anti-corruption Bureau CBA Mariusz Kaminski has been formally accused of abuse of power during an investigation over corruption in the Farming Ministry.
CBA head and three other officers are also accused of forging document, as well as of illegal phone tapping.
In October last year, Prime Minister Donald Tusk sacked Kaminski after allegations that he had encouraged agents to forge documents and offer bribes of up 3 million zlotys in a corruption case surrounding the sale of a piece of land.
