President Bronislaw Komorowski officially revealed, on Sept 7, a commemorative plaque to honor former president Lech Kaczynski, his wife, presidential chancellery and National Security Bureau officials who perished in a plane crash in Russia.

The plaque is located in the chapel of the Presidential Palace.
Apart from President Komorowski, the Tuesday ceremony was attended by his wife and families of the accident victims.
