Budapest-based renewable energy firm Eetek plans debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange possibly this year, plans EUR 171 mln investments, the firm announced in a press statement.

The group's investment program consists of 12 wind farm, solar power plant and biomass power plant projects ready for implementation.

"The total value of investments necessary to carry our these projects is EUR 171 mln," the statement read.

Eetek plans to offer its shares to retail and institutional investors in Poland as well as qualified investors abroad.
