Hamilton Sundstrand to Buy PZL-Wroclaw

The American Hamilton Sundstrand signed a preliminary agreement to buy aircraft subassemblies producer PZL-Wroclaw, the daily Puls Biznesu reports.

The US firm vowed to keep all jobs at the Wroclaw plant and retain its profile but introduce new products.

Additionally, Hamilton will open a research and development center employing some 100 people.
