IBM Opens Service Delivery Center in Wroclaw

The IBM computer manufacturer Friday opened an IT service center in the Wojdyla Business Park Wroclaw, southwestern Poland.
The new facility will employ 2,000 and specialize in outsourcing IT services Europewide.
The new center will primarily support IBM's strategic outsourcing clients, providing server systems operations, security services and end-user services, including maintenance and monitoring of computer hardware and software systems.
Wroclaw facility is part of an extensive network of IBM service delivery centers in more than 20 countries, providing information technology (IT) services and business process outsourcing capabilities to IBM clients around the world.
