The £ód¼ Destination Alliance (£DA) is charged with promoting £ód¼ to tourists, conference organizers and investors. Portraying £ód¼ as a business-friendly city that is at the same time an attractive tourist destination requires that we undertake the widest possible range of activities (advertising campaigns, cultural events and so on).

£DA, in conjunction with The Warsaw Voice, is organizing a conference on £ód¼'s potential as a center for urban renewal. The conference, scheduled for September 26, 2007, in £ód¼, will address issues such as the economics of integrated renewal, the benefits to investors in refurbishing or adapting post-industrial and historic buildings, and the tangible benefits to the city and its inhabitants.

Part of the proceeds will help £DA fulfill its statutory aims.
