"Kazimiera Danuta Prunskiene for at least two years collaborated with the KGB." This is the final sentence in a verdict of the highest court of the Republic of Lithuania.
The court ruled that between 1978 and 1980, Prunskiene
was a long-time KGB secret collaborator. The former Lithuanian prime minister will now be deprived of her parliamentary seat. Prunskiene, an economist, was prime minister from March 1990 until January 1991.
