Ghelamco's Rezydencja Tumska Proves Popular
Ghelamco, a developer well known on the Polish market, has built a residential building called Rezydencja Tumska on Bema Square in the center of Wrocław. The building has modern architecture with a distinctive style that gives a feeling of lightness. The combination of stone, large wooden windows and light balconies of glass and steel gives the building an interesting visual effect.
An Open Days event held Oct. 6-7, inviting prospective buyers to look around the property, quickly proved successful in terms of sales.
"We knew that Rezydencja Tumska would appeal to Wrocław residents-it is excellently located and combines modern design with elegant interiors," says Rezydencja Tumska sales manager Agnieszka Opalińska. "On the first day of sales we signed reservation agreements for 30 percent of apartments. Apartments of up to 80 sq m with large terraces enjoyed the greatest popularity. The clients paid special attention to the layout of apartments, their functionality and high finishing standards. Our consultants are waiting for clients in our sales office in Wrocław. Another Open Days event will be held on Nov. 10-11. The price per square meter ranges from zl.9,000 to zl.15,000."
Rezydencja Tumska is located just 10 minutes' walk from Wrocław's Old Town Market Square, near the historical Ostrów Tumski district and the Botanical Gardens. It is situated close to the Odra river and the park area along its banks. The property is located in the center of the city, which is well connected with all other districts. The residential part, at the corner of Bema and Prusa streets, has 52 apartments and 90 parking spaces. There is a round-the-clock reception service, security and video surveillance in the building. Elevators at each of the three entrances to the building connect the parking area with the apartments. The first story is designated for services and shopping outlets, the remaining six for apartments. The structure of the building makes it possible to combine adjacent apartments and rearrange partition walls. The interiors are full of light thanks to the large wooden windows. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace.
There is an A-class office building in the office part at the corner of Bema and Drobnera streets. It will house the offices of well-known companies, including Google and KPMG.
The architects have also designed an inner green courtyard of 2,500 sq m. It will serve as a patio with garden restaurants, boutiques and a fountain.
