Finland's Tiimari is expanding its Polish network. The chain, which goes back 30 years, specializes in home decoration, stationery, gift items and crafts and hobbies.

Tiimari already has outlets in Warsaw, Gliwice and, as of November, Białystok. New stores are planned for Poznań, Opole, Wrocław, Rzeszów, Czeladź and Słupsk next year.

Finland has 163 Tiimari showrooms, Estonia 14, and Lithuania five. The chain also operates in Sweden and Norway and is planning to set up shop in Russia this year.

Candlesticks, decorative pillows, baskets, flowers and all sorts of other bric-a-brac can add character without breaking the budget.
