Riverside Luxury
Riverview Apartamenty is a seven-story apartment development that will be built along a riverside promenade in Wroc³aw's Old Town district. The developer is Pathway Plaza, a company founded by a group of Irish developers. Designed by Irish architects Douglas Wallace in collaboration with Wroc³aw's Maęków Pracownia Projektowa, the development will house 134 luxury apartments ranging from 35 to 152 square meters and will have everything from studio apartments to duplex penthouses.
What makes the Riverview apartments different than other developments on the Wroc³aw market? The architectural standards and the project's location in the Old Town.
Dual-aspect apartments facing both north-east and south-west, with floor-to-ceiling windows, create a comfortable natural light-filled interior. Each apartment comes with a generous balcony or terrace of up to 70 sq m. Glazed balustrades ensure uninterrupted views from your apartment. The building's seven staircases ensure that there are no long corridors. The staircases are bright, spacious and safe, and are equipped with fast access elevators to service between two and five apartments per floor. The three-story underground car parking garage features extra-wide parking spaces. The complex also includes a fitness center that has a fully equipped gym, complete with a sauna and a jacuzzi.
The security of its residents is a top priority for the development, which includes a 24-hour security monitoring system and access control. Each apartment will be equipped with video phones, internet access and extra TV and plug sockets.
Areas such as Warsaw's Wilanów, Cracow's Kazimierz and Wroc³aw's Old Town are prime locations that are very much sought after in Poland. The Riverview development, which is fantastically located on a quiet residential street in Wroc³aw's Old Town district, has beautiful panoramic views of the Oder River and is only a short walk to the main market square. The apartments have been designed to provide the ultimate experience in urban living: made for people who care about the quality of their daily lives, who want to be close to every amenity and yet enjoy a tranquil environment.
The apartments are keenly priced for a project in the Old Town of this standard with fantastic views along the river. Pathway Plaza CEO Pat Caslin says Wroc³aw has seen very few projects like this.
Construction of the development has already started and sales are under way. The apartments should be ready at the beginning of 2009. Interested parties should call Ober-Haus Nieruchomo¶ci, Wroc³aw, on (+48) 71-344-21-14.
