Galeria Mosty, a shopping center slated to open in the fall in Płock, central Poland, has attracted new tenants. These include Domar RTV AGD, which will occupy 790 square meters of space in the mall, and EXIsport, with 600 sq m. Alma Market and Cinema City International as well as Danija and Wawa shoe shops have also signed lease agreements. King Sturge and DTZ are the joint agents responsible for letting the project.

Domar is a chain of nearly 50 stores that trade under the brand name Domar RTV AGD and occupy a total 40, 000 sq m of retail space in Poland.

EXIsport is the biggest self-service sport chain in Slovakia selling mainly sports shoes and sports equipment. EXIsport has over 10 stores in Poland.

The shoe brands Danija and Wawa are distributed in Poland by Danbalt Polska.

Galeria Mosty is a two-level shopping center with a total lettable area of 18, 000 sq m to be occupied by 100 stores.

Galeria Mosty is owned by Meinl European Land Group, a real estate holding company. The property's developer is Polish company Agromex Development 1.

200 is the number of developers building apartments in Warsaw. Only the strongest are likely to survive amid fierce competition on the market this year.
