Real estate services company Colliers International has recently represented three companies in the leasing of office space in Warsaw.

Colliers represented Samsung Electronics Polska in a lease transaction for almost 5,000 square meters of office space in the International Business Center I and International Business Center II buildings. As a result of its growth in Poland, the company decided to increase space leased by an additional 3,260 sq m, taking it in IBC II. The present lease agreement for 1,600 sq m in IBC I was also extended.

Samsung Electronics is a leader in the global consumer electronics industry. In 2000, the company set up its Software Research and Development Center in Warsaw, which is responsible for the development of digital, cable and satellite television and mobile telephony.

LHI Leasing Polska leased 770 sq m in the North Gate building, which is located on Bonifraterska Street. The company is a subsidiary of the LHI group, one of Europe's leading providers of financing and leasing services.

On behalf of Storck Sp. z o.o., a leading producer of confectionery and chocolate products, Colliers International renegotiated a lease agreement for office space in the Crown Point building on Prosta Street. Storck is best known for brands such as Merci, Toffifee, Werther's Original, Nimm2, Mamba, and Knoppers.
