Article's tools:

The Polish Children's Fund is organizing a concert at Warsaw's Royal Castle at noon on Sunday Jan. 13.

The musicians who will be performing will include the three youngest and two oldest participants of the educational support program for highly gifted students from all over Poland. They are guitarist Patryk Bała, violinist Chanelle Bednarczyk, cellists Paweł Czarakcziew and Tomasz Daroch, and pianist Luiza Sobkowiak, who will be playing pieces by Brouwer, Chopin, Debussy, de Falla, Schumann, Szymanowski and Wieniawski.

The Polish Children's Fund is an independent, public benefit organization established in 1981. Its members are doctors, psychologists, teachers, artists and students. The fund's activities are based on cooperation with higher education establishments, research institutes, disabled children trusts, medical, artistic and cultural institutions, as well as individuals willing to offer their time and experience and to work with particularly talented children. In 2007 the fund organized 22 concerts in Warsaw, Zakopane in the south, and other cities.
