January 16, 2008
Article's tools:

Developer Multi Development Poland has signed lease agreements with two companies for its Forum Koszalin shopping center, due to open in November. Silver Screen signed up for some 2,000 sq m and H&M for the same amount of space.

Forum Koszalin is a covered shopping mall of 55,000 sq m on the southern edge of Koszalin in northwest Poland, on a main road connecting Koszalin to Poznań. It will include two levels of shop units, a hypermarket, a multiplex cinema, restaurants, a Castorama DIY shop and a Media Markt electronic goods store.

The mall will have 1,500 parking spaces. It will be the biggest retail center in the region.

The project is a joint investment by Multi Development Poland Sp. z o.o. and Meinl European Land Group.
