Daniel Malone
January 30, 2008
Article's tools:

The Kordegarda Gallery at 15/17 Krakowskie Przedmieście St. is exhibiting the works of Daniel Malone, a New Zealander who has been living and working in Poland for the past few months.

Malone's sculptures, drawings, photographs and performance projects offer a glimpse of how foreigners see the Polish capital. Malone juxtaposes and rearranges whatever comes to hand to create new and sometimes surprising abstractions. Even the most commonplace objects can take on a special significance.

Kordegarda Gallery, 15/17 Krakowskie Przedmieście St. Open Tue.-Sun. 11 a.m.-7 p.m., through March 19.
