Students from all over Poland will be able to participate in a conference on corporate social responsibility (CSR), to be held in Warsaw March 14-16. The conference has been organized by the Warsaw School of Economics branch of the international student organization AIESEC as part of Make Impact, a project which seeks to convince young and enterprising people that CSR ideals can be achieved while pursuing a professional career.

CSR specialists from such organizations as Bibby Factors, Coca-Cola, OnBoard HR, and HomoCreatore Lighthouse Consultants will be running workshops and discussion panels on implementing CSR strategies in their companies, as well as project management and financing. Students will be able to test themselves by taking part in the "Best Corporate Responsibility Strategy" competition. This is based on a case study and involves coming up with a comprehensive strategy for one of the companies collaborating with the Make Impact project. Winners will be offered work experience involving the "Responsible Business" concept. Case studies will be presented during the conference and posted on the project's website.
