Down at the Stodoła
March 12, 2008    wersja polska »
Article's tools:

Over the Under, a heavy-metal album released by the American group Down, turned out to be one of the most popular of 2007. On March 29, Polish audiences will have an opportunity to listen to tracks from the album played live by Down at Warsaw's Stodoła club.

Down play "southern metal" but their music also draws inspiration from what is known as sludge metal. The band's charismatic frontman is Phil Anselmo, who previously played and recorded with the metal bands Pantera and Superjoint Ritual. This will be Anselmo's first appearance in Poland. The concert will last over two hours.

March 29, Stodoła Club, 10 Batorego St.
