Restaurant operator Grupa Ko軼iuszko Polskie Jad這 SA is preparing to hit the Warsaw Stock Exchange later this month.

The company, which operates several restaurant chains in Poland, including Polskie Jad這 and Ready&Go, has floated 3.2 million shares in an initial public offering that comprises two tranches, for retail and institutional investors.

"We will earmark the funds raised from the IPO for the development of our restaurant chains. We want to open 12 new Polskie Jad這 premium restaurants and up to 45 Ready&Go fast-food restaurants this year and next," said Jan Ko軼iuszko, president of Polskie Jad這. "We also intend to develop the production of ready-made dishes and trade operations. Our products will be sold in 70 stores in the Tesco, Real and Auchan retail chains across Poland."

Established in 1996, Grupa Ko軼iuszko Polskie Jad這 originally operated the Ch這pskie Jad這 restaurant chain for 10 years. In 2006 the company sold the chain and began to develop the Polskie Jad這 and Ready&Go chains, among other projects.
