Kayah, one of Poland's most popular singer-songwriters, will be performing unplugged at Warsaw's Sheraton Hotel April 26.

Most of Kayah's albums have gone gold or platinum and continue to sell briskly. Kayah and Bregovic (1999), recorded with Goran Bregovic, a composer-guitarist from Bosnia-Herzegovina, sold over a million copies, making it one of the most popular Polish albums of all time. It was distributed in 11 European countries. The Fryderyk awards that year were a triumph for Kayah. She was named best female vocalist, Kayah and Bregovic was best pop album, and the track "Prawy do lewego" was best song and video.
