Rooms With a Sea View

Spartan Development plans to build single-family homes on 26 hectares of land in Suchy Dwór, 10 kilometers from the center of the coastal city of Gdynia.

The Jaworowe Wzgórze housing estate will comprise 166 high quality houses with a sea view, sports facilities, shops and services. The project will take four years to build and construction will be in seven stages. The first, the construction of 19 houses, should be completed by December.

The sale of the 19 houses has already started. The net price of one square meter is zl.4,700. Spartan Development will also build a sports center, a grocery store and a garden center.

The site has good road links with the Tricity. Close by are the Trójmiejski and Nadmorski parks and the Beka bird sanctuary. Such a location, with the additional benefit of being surrounded by mature sycamore trees, will guarantee Jaworowe Wzgórze residents a peaceful environment and excellent facilities for relaxation and recreation, the developer says.

Spartan Development S.K.A was until last October known as Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowe Spartan SA. The company designs and builds single-family housing estates and is also the sales agent for the homes.

During the first stage, the developer will build 431 apartments of different sizes, with 28,508 sq m of total usable space. The buildings will have underground parking space for 491 cars.
