Anna Kwiatkowska has been appointed an associate at real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield.

Kwiatkowska started working for C&W in 1996 as a negotiator in the office space department. At present she heads the residential space department.

Kwiatkowska is responsible for handling C&W's housing-sector clients operating in Poland, working with such companies as Acciona Nieruchomo¶ci, Mota Engil, Marvipol S.A., Clairmont Global and Raiffeisen Evolution. For eight years she was a senior negotiator in the office space department and advised corporate clients. She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw (American studies-majoring in economics, and geology). She also holds a real estate agent's license.

Marek Noetzel has also been appointed an associate. He started working for C&W in 2002. As a senior negotiator in the commercial space department, he was involved in leasing space in Carrefour shopping centers in Cracow and Toruń, and leasing the Forum center in Gliwice. Today he works all over Poland with clients such as Braaten & Pedersen, Budrem, PKP, Sony, and Neinver.

He has six years of experience on the commercial real estate market. Noetzel is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk (economics). He has also studied at the Dublin Institute of Technology (business and marketing). He has completed a postgraduate course in real estate valuation and a course in real estate trade, obtaining a real estate agent's license.
