Panattoni Park B這nie Fully Leased

Panattoni Europe, one of the biggest industrial space developers in Poland, says it has fully leased the Panattoni Park B這nie distribution center near Warsaw. Panattoni's new tenant is Inter Cars SA , an automotive spare parts distributor. The company has leased 5,359 sq m of warehouse space and 200 sq m of office space.

Panattoni Park B這nie is a modern distribution park located in B這nie, some 30 km from Warsaw. Owing to its location, close to the A2 freeway connecting Berlin and Moscow and near the E30 expressway, Panattoni Park B這nie is a good location for a distribution center servicing Polish and European markets.

Wojciech Milewski, a member of the board at Inter Cars, said, "As a distribution company with over 160,000 products on offer, we require a favorable location, supported by developing road infrastructure and cutting-edge storage solutions. Panattoni Park B這nie fulfilled the demands we defined during our search for a new location."

Interest in B這nie park resulted in a second phase of the investment being launched, which when finished will expand the complex to 46,000 sq m of industrial and office space.

Panattoni is also developing new logistic centers in Garwolin (30,000 sq m), O速arzew (66,000 sq m) and 疾rniki (88,000 sq m). The developer is also expanding its distribution center in the southern city of Mys這wice. Because of its location and size (190,000 sq m), Panattoni Park Mys這wice will be a flagship investment of Panattoni Europe. New parks are also being developed in Cracow (16,960 sq m) and Czelad (hall A with 35,196 sq m of space).

Europa Park Chooses Property Manager

Europa Distribution Center has chosen Jones Lang LaSalle as its property manager as it plans to expand its Europa Park in Mszczon闚, one of the largest logistics centers in Central and Eastern Europe. Europa Distribution Center plans to complete phases II and III of the center this year to provide 60,000 square meters of warehousing space.

Europa Park is a 110-hectare distribution and industrial warehousing site in Mszczon闚, 45 kilometers southwest of Warsaw. It already offers 115,000 square meters of warehousing, which is rented by such firms as Fiege, YKK, Plus Discount and APM Global Logistics, formerly Maersk. Another 40,000 square meters are under construction and over 200,000 square meters will be ready within the next few years.
