Jazz at Chopin Museum

May 17 is the last day when the general public will be able to see the displays at the Frederic Chopin Museum in the Ostrogski Castle at 1 Okólnik St. in Warsaw before the museum closes for renovation until 2010.

Some special attractions await visitors to the museum May 17. Among other treats, well-known Polish musicians including Kuba Sienkiewicz and Radek Nowicki will be playing jazz in the basement of Ostrogski Castle.

The Chopin Museum will be open from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. May 17 as part of a wider project known as the Night of the Museums. The first concert starts at 7 p.m. For more information go to www.chopin.nifc.pl
