Offices With Historical Flavor in £ód¼
Cushman & Wakefield real estate advisers have been appointed sole agent for the lease of the Jaracza 47 Prestige historical building on Jaracza Street in £ód¼. The building, constructed in 1900, is being renovated to provide modern office space while preserving its historical appearance. It has 1,200 sq m of space to let. The project investor and developer is Orange Property Group. The revamped building is slated to open in the second quarter of 2009. The project was designed by the Graæyna Zuterek Autorska Pracownia architectural studio. The cost of the project is 2.1 million euros.

The new Jaracza Street offices are in the heart of the city. The building neighbors the opera and the Wielki Theater, the University of £ód¼ and the Academy of Humanities and Economics (WSHE), the largest private college in the city, and is several hundred meters from the £ód¼ Fabryczna railway station and bus terminal. Narutowicza Street nearby has bus and tram stops.

"Jaracza Prestige is one of many renovation projects in £ód¼," said Krzysztof Misiak of Cushman & Wakefield's office space department, "but no other is quite as prestigious and comfortable, both in terms of standards and location."
