Partnerspol Group-Traditional and Niche Logistics Services
May 28, 2008
Article's tools:

The Partnerspol Group, which comprises three companies, Partners Sp. z o.o., PartnersPol Sp. z o.o. and Inter-log Sp. z o.o., has been offering a wide range of logistics services on the Polish market for over 11 years.

In a short time, the Partnerspol Group became a strong player in the logistics sector and successfully challenged its competitors. This was achieved thanks to the efforts of the group's chief executive officers Riccardo Caruso and Umberto Magrini, who introduced many innovative solutions with the help of a large group of associates, in particular lawyer Agnieszka Federowicz-Gałczyńska. Statistics testify to the Partnerspol Group's strong position: The group has facilities in nine cities in Poland and manages 80,000 sq m of high-stack storage warehousing facilities that are mainly intended for food products kept in a controlled environment with regard to temperature and humidity. The group employs around 1,500 workers nationwide, of which half are seasonal staff hired to carry out contract packaging, also known as co-packing.

The Partnerspol Group has always striven to maintain quality standards while taking into account the need to protect the environment, reflected in the ISO 9001:2000, 14001:2004 and HACCP certification it has obtained. This, together with its individual approach and attention to the needs of every client, has won the group a number of major international customers. The Partnerspol Group was able to gain an advantage in the competitive logistics sector within a short time and gain customers' trust by offering fast and reliable services, not making mistakes, and ensuring that goods are secure in transit.

Besides offering traditional logistics services-the domestic and international transportation of goods, warehousing and co-packing-the Partnerspol Group takes on complex logistics projects. Its extensive experience and know-how, gained through cooperation with many businesses, enables the company to strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction. Because it tailors services to customers' needs, the group is involved in a growing number of niche logistics services and focuses on consulting services, integrated logistics projects, and the management of client-owned warehouses.

The group's co-packing services involve mainly packaging and labeling products, and repackaging them according to the customer's needs. This is not just done by hand but also uses semi-automatic packaging lines. The company's growing labor force of the last few years confirms that the Partnerspol Group is meeting clients' expectations in regard to a well-qualified and organized work force, which, thanks to the firm's equipment and logistics facilities, can take on the most urgent, highly complex and atypical jobs. Due to the Partnerspol Group's experience, large production firms in the food sector in high season outsource co-packing on their own premises to the group.

The Partnerspol Group is looking to the future with optimism. Besides taking all steps necessary to boost satisfaction among its existing customers, the group's priority is to attract new clients for its niche logistics services. Development plans are not confined to Poland. To take advantage of market opportunities in neighboring countries, the Partnerspol Group is expanding its logistics operations into other Eastern European countries.
