Pirelli Pekao Real Estate-75 percent owned by Pirelli RE and the remainder by Pekao bank, part of the UniCredit Group-is taking on a new residential and services project at 75 Ostrobramska St. in Warsaw. The planned complex is some 150,000 sq m in size and is close to shops and services including the Promenada shopping mall and the Conforama furniture store. The residential complex will comprise buildings of varying heights, from five to 14 floors.

The project's first phase will see the building of 431 apartments in varying layouts of a total area of over 28,508 sq m, two floors of underground parking and 180 sq m of underground storage facilities for future residents. Says Ryszard Danielewicz of Pirelli Pekao Real Estate, "Our goal was to create for our future residents comfortable and peaceful living conditions as well as to ensure access to services and facilities that are typical of a major city location."

The project's investors are Pirelli RE and an international private-equity real-estate fund managed by Grove International Partners
