The International Business Center II (IBC II) in Warsaw, owned by Accession Fund SICAV, a Luxembourg-based real estate fund, received the Best Office Project Award 2008 in the CEPIF and International Herald Tribune CEE Best Office Awards competition. The building was developed and is administered by Quinlan Private Golub, a leading developer in Central and Eastern Europe.The International Business Center I and II buildings have a total area of 37,000 sq m and are located between Armii Ludowej and Polna streets. The first phase of the project was completed in 2002. Phase two was designed by the Artchitecture studio (previously known as Denton Corker Marshall). The 58.5-meter IBC II has 12 stories above ground with 19,400 sq m of office space. It has a three-story underground garage for 122 cars.
