Developer Quinlan Private Golub, which is building the Oakland Park residential estate on the outskirts of Konstancin, 20 km from the center of Warsaw, has completed the construction of two show homes, Lipa and Leszczyna (Linden and Hazel). They are open to visitors. Oakland Park is close to forests and meadows. The estate offers convenient transport to the center of Warsaw.

Oakland Park Stage One offers 36 spacious buildings. They include free-standing and semi-detached houses ranging from 290-378 sq m, located on plots from 995-4,000 sq m. They are available as single-level homes or with upper floor. Each residence has from three to five bedrooms, terraces, vast lawns and a garage for two cars. The residences are equipped with large windows looking out onto forested areas. Quinlan Private Golub launched building work on the Oakland Park estate in August 2007. The two show homes were completed at the beginning of June.
