Work to Start on Bonarka Office Cente

Hungarian developer TriGranit and IPR Group will this month start building the Bonarka 4 Business office center on the site of the new Bonarka City Center mall in Cracow.

The project, comprising four buildings, includes nearly 32,000 sq m of office space and an underground parking lot for 470 vehicles. The buildings are expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2009.

The new office center is located by the most important transport arteries in the city, close to the A4 freeway, the city's Old Market and Wawel Castle. It is also close to a rail station.Cracow architectural firm Artur JasiŸski and Partners designed the office center, and Jones Lang LaSalle is responsible for commercial management of the office space.
