Leading Warsaw developer Dom Development has unveiled its "Manhattan Program" to cater for an increasingly demanding clientele. The Manhattan Program is a selection of apartments from the company's Gdański project, a 22-story apartment building straddling Warsaw's Śródmieście and Żoliborz districts on Słomińskiego Street, near the Dworzec Gdański metro station. The prices for these apartments range from about zl.1 million to zl.2.8 million.

Tailored to the top end of the market, the Manhattan Program has a prime location not too far from the Old Town and has many nearby green areas and walking and cycling tracks. Arkadia, Poland's largest shopping center, is also close by.

The Manhattan Pogram offers 36 luxury apartments designed by three Warsaw architectural studios in three different styles. Manhattan Interior comprises 13 apartments designed by a team from Szmyd Zaborowski Architekci. Materials, colors and lighting have all been scrupulously selected to create a cozy family atmosphere. Manhattan Ambiente comprises 11 apartments designed by Intro Group and combines class, elegance and simplicity. Manhattan Mirador comprises 12 apartments designed by Łukasz Kałasa and Maria Witecka from Grupa Projektowa. Here the emphasis is on open space, functionality and esthetics.

The Manhattan Program apartments range from 59-160 sq m and have at least two bathrooms. They are all made from top of the range materials. Creative and exclusive lighting harmonizes beautifully with the wooden floors and doors. Modern built-in wardrobes, mirrors, furniture, top quality kitchen equipment and fully equipped bathrooms are de rigueur. Most bathroom fittings have been manufactured by the respected international producers Roca and Hansgrohe while Miele and Siemens have been recommended for the kitchen appliances. The building has a porter's lodge, round the clock security and monitoring, and fast elevators. A parking space in a multi-story garage is optionally available for zl.38,000.

The apartments have attracted considerable interest despite their expensive price tag, with one already having been sold and about 15 reserved. Five percent of the purchase price is payable upon signing the agreement and the rest is due when collecting the keys.
