Visitors strolling along the pier in the coastal resort of Sopot had a chance to catch a glimpse of an unusual piece of furniture-the world's longest sofa.

Produced by Danish company BoConcept, the 51.4-meter-long sofa weighs 1,250 kg, has 54 legs and can seat 104 people. The sofa, which made it into The Guinness Book of World Records in January, was on display in Sopot July 14-21. It was designed for an arts festival in Arhus, Denmark.
