The Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) is organizing an exhibition of Polish products and industrial design in Copenhagen, Denmark, Aug. 4-13.

The exhibition, called Designed in Poland, aims to promote Polish industrial design and encourage Danish consumers to buy Polish products. Visitors will receive an illustrated catalogue with information about the products on display. The exhibition will feature items such as interior furnishings, artistic glass, china, jewelry, bicycles and toys.

The PAIiIZ intends to show industrial design as a medium that enables the promotion of national symbols and traditions. Apart from its esthetic values, industrial design helps identify products with their home country and intensifies trade relations, the agency says.
