A group of foreign investors and officials from embassies and international chambers of commerce will tour the eastern part of Poland's Mazovia region Sept. 25 to take a closer look at investment opportunities available in the Siedlce and Mińsk Mazowiecki areas.

The organizer of the trip is the Agency for the Development of Mazovia, which is tasked with stimulating economic growth in the central Polish province. The aim of this one-day trip is to drum up interest among foreign investors in Mazovia. The tour is an attempt to show both the economic potential and cultural attractions of the region.

The trip will be an opportunity to showcase some of the success stories of companies that have invested in Mazovia. Tour participants will be able to visit a factory operated by Poland's largest steel manufacturer Polimex-Mostostal; a rail vehicle assembly plant owned by Swiss corporation Stadler; and a plant run by foodstuffs producer Polmos.

Eastern Mazovia is a region of diverse opportunities for investors interested in sectors such as engineering, mechanical production and food processing.
