J.W. Construction Without Chairman
Jerzy Zdrzałka resigned as chairman of the management board of J.W. Construction Holding Aug. 22 after two years in the post. An official statement from the company cites personal reasons for the resignation.

Józef Wojciechowski, the main shareholder and the chairman of the J.W. Construction Holding supervisory board, was to call a meeting of the supervisory board as soon as possible. In a resolution, the supervisory board can temporarily appoint him acting president of the management board.


New Appointments at CB Richard Ellis
Christopher Millen has taken over as National Director of Capital Markets at CB Richard Ellis Poland. In his new role, Millen will focus on the strategic growth of the Capital Markets division across the country.

Millen was formerly with the company's Institutional Investment Properties team in Australia and New Zealand and was integral in executing many of Australia's largest on-and-off market office investment transactions. In 2006 he was awarded the CBRE Asia Pacific Circle of Excellence for his performance and contribution to the Asia Pacific regional team.

In his new role, Millen has national responsibility for a growing team of 15 investment professionals across Poland; working in conjunction with the firm's other Capital Market Heads across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) & the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA).

In another new appointment at CB Richard Ellis Poland, Anna Bogdan has joined the office's retail team as a senior property negotiator. Her main responsibilities include the development of marketing and leasing strategies for shopping and factory outlet centers. Bogdan will be also responsible for market research, consultancy work, feasibility studies, establishing and maintaining databases as well as production of consultancy reports.

Previously Bogdan worked for Liebrecht & Wood Group, recently as managing director for WeCare and was responsible for property management of the company's assets.

She graduated in landscape architecture from the Warsaw University of Agriculture. Bogdan also completed postgraduate studies in property valuation. She is a licensed property manager.
