Warsaw's Sapphire Alley Completed
The Orco Property Group has completed a new housing estate in the Warsaw district of Białołęka. Szafirowa Aleja (Sapphire Alley), a complex of 13 villa-type apartment buildings, is located on Skarbka z Gór Street, close to the Białołęka forest and local walking trails. The buildings will house 322 apartments sized from 36 to 91 sq m.

The estate boasts green and recreational areas, where the residents will find a barbecue and picnic site, two playgrounds and a volleyball and basketball court.

Construction Starts on Sierra Ivory Apartments
Construction has started on the Sierra Ivory Apartments, an estate of luxury apartment buildings on the Sierra Golf Club in Pętkowice near Wejherowo, 25 km from the Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot Tricity. On over 60 hectares, developer TS Invest will build 49 exclusive apartment buildings and a sports and recreation center which will offer residents a spa, a squash and tennis court, an indoor swimming pool and walking and bicycle trails.

The buildings will be divided into two types. In the first construction stage, Sierra Ivory Apartments will comprise 22 apartments from 96 to 160 sq m in size and two penthouses of 215 sq m. The design allows several interior arrangement options.

The apartments will cost from zl.11,000 to 13,500 per sq m. If things go as planned, all stages of the project will be completed by 2015.
