DTZ Exclusive Agent for Katowice Business Point
DTZ, an international consulting company on the real estate market, has been appointed exclusive agent for the Katowice Business Point office building, the developer of which is Ghelamco Poland. Katowice Business Point is an 11-story, A-class building housing a total of 17,000 sq m. The building is situated on Chorzowska Street, a major thoroughfare in Katowice.

Spain's Habiteos Buys Kliwer Office Building
City Centre Holdings has sold its Kliwer office building to Spanish real estate fund Habiteos. The building is located at the intersection of Puławska Street and Niepodległo¶ci Avenue and is just 20 minutes away by car from Warsaw's city center. The Kliwer building was completed in 2004 and has 6,300 sq m of office space.

Habiteos paid $20.15 million for the building, according to an official press release, which translates into a capitalization rate for City Centre Holdings of some 6.25 percent. Turn Key Consult and CB Richard Ellis advised City Centre Holdings on the sale. The Marcin Manikowski Law Practice and Tomczak & Partners provided legal services.
