Getin Holding reshuffled its board, appointing banking sector veteran Rafal Juszczak as CEO, following resignation of incumbent CEO Radoslaw Boniecki from his post, Getin said in a market filing.

Rafal Juszczak is a former CEO of PKO BP and a former director at Citibank Handlowy. He has recently worked as a vice president at Prokom Investments, an investment vehicle of Polish mogul Ryszard Krauze.

Boniecki became a vice president of the firm. Additionally, Lukasz Chojnacki was demoted to the post of vice president from his current post of the first vice president.

All changes will take effect on January 1, 2012.
