Work by French photographer Jean-Marc Caracci is on show Sept. 1 to 18 in the entrance hall of Warsaw's University Library.

Caracci's photographs depict people in various European capitals. His exhibition, called Homo Urbanus Europeanus, concentrates on individual urban dwellers. Caracci captures everyday behavior and carefully analyzes it, somewhat like a private detective or biologist who is researching individual human tissue cells.

The exhibition opening hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. Entry is free.
