The number of Poles in Great Britain has reached 450,000, the highest number since 2004, after a group of emigrants who returned to Poland before or during the crisis, left again in 2010 when the crisis subsided, the daily Dziennik Gazeta Prawna reports.

Another group of newcomers to Britain are Polish migrants from Ireland and Spain, as these countries were much more affected by the recession.
