On Sunday, October 30 Poland will switch from the Central European Summer (daylight-saving) Time (CEST) to Central European Time (CET).

Overnight from Saturday to Sunday all clocks will be shifted back one hour from 3 a.m. to 2 a.m.

Daylight Saving Time was first introduced in 1915 and has been used ever since in most EU countries, almost all U.S. states and the Middle East since 1979.
