Bydgoszcz
1. Bydgoszcz Industrial Park-an area of around 170 hectares designated for services and manufacturing; the site took third place in the Grunt na medal (First-Class Land) 2007 competition.
2. Kobaltowa/Ołowiana streets-an area of 2.3 hectares complete with utilities, designated for services and manufacturing.
3. Powstańców Warszawy Street-an area of 6.66 hectares designated for multi-family residential development.
All these sites are located within a radius of 3-10 kilometers from the local airport, at a distance of 1-5 kilometers from a railway line, and in the vicinity of roads no. 5, 10, 25 and 80.

Toruń
1. Abisynia neighborhood, Grębocin housing estate-41.66 hectares designated for services and manufacturing.
2. Jar neighborhood, Grudziądzka Street-168 hectares designated for residential development and services.
3. Przy Skarpie neighborhood, Szosa Lubicka Street-9 hectares complete with utilities, designated for sports and recreation services.

1. Area of around 136 hectares between Marcinkowo and Goryszewo villages, designated for manufacturing, warehousing and services; the site has access to water, electricity and a sewerage system; it was singled out for praise in the 2007 Grunt na medal (First-Class Land) competition.

Wąbrzeźno
1. Wałycz-an area of around 190 hectares complete with utilities and designated for industrial development.

Włocławek
Włocławek Economic Development Zone/Industry and Technology Park. Area: around 40 hectares; Location: close to the Anwil SA chemical works (Orlen Group); Good transport links-close to national road no. 1 and the planned A1 freeway; Objectives: provide the site with utilities and infrastructure to make the city more attractive to both domestic and foreign investors; create new jobs; stimulate the development of local enterprise; and create conditions for the transfer of innovation and modern technology from universities to companies operating in the zone.
The project is scheduled to be completed in 2010.

Grudziądz
1. Droga Graniczna Street-around 44 hectares complete with utilities, designated for manufacturing and warehousing. The site, owned by the Regional PSSE Park, took second place in the Grunt na medal (First-Class Land) 2007 competition.
2. Droga Łąkowa Street-7.2 hectares complete with utilities, designated for services and manufacturing; the site is owned by the Grudziądz Industrial Park.
3. Rataja Street-2.3 hectares complete with utilities, designated for manufacturing and warehousing.
All the sites are located close to a railway line and roads no. 16 or 55.

Inowrocław
1. Szosa Bydgoska Street-around 7.54 hectares designated for retail and services.
2. Pakoska Street-around 8.2 hectares designated for services and manufacturing.
3. Wierzbińskiego Street-around 2.36 hectares provided with some utilities, designated for sports services.
All the sites are located within a radius of 40 kilometers from the local airport, at a distance of 0.5-2 kilometers from a railway line and close to a provincial road.

Świecie
1. Vistula Park II Sulnowo-40 hectares complete with utilities, designated for services, manufacturing and warehousing; located close to national road no. 1 and 9 kilometers from a railway line; the site was singled out for praise in the 2007 Grunt na medal (First-Class Land) competition.

Lubień Kujawski
1. Kaliska-an area of around 142 hectares complete with utilities, designated for manufacturing, retail and services, located close to national road no. 1 and 2 kilometers from a railway line; the site was singled out for praise in the 2007 Grunt na medal (First-Class Land) competition.
