New Appointments at CB Richard Ellis

Agnieszka Wierzchowska has been appointed senior property valuer at CB Richard Ellis Polska. She will be responsible for the valuation of various types of properties including shopping centers, industrial properties, and office and residential buildings. Wierzchowska joined CB Richard Ellis Polska from DTZ Polska, where she was employed as a property valuer. She graduated from the Poznań University of Economics in management and marketing, and has been a certified property valuer since 2002.

Marek Kiwak joined CB Richard Ellis' Industrial and Logistics Team as a senior property negotiator. He will be responsible for leasing and marketing strategies, site acquisition and consultancy work for CBRE's industrial and logistics clients. Kiwak graduated from the University of Warsaw Department of Law and Administration and also completed postgraduate studies in property management. He previously worked at JLL and Emmerson, specializing in industrial real estate, and prior to that worked in the real estate management department at Warsaw City Hall.

Piotr Buchwald recently joined the CB Richard Ellis Industrial and Logistics Team as a property negotiator. He will be mainly responsible for handling relations with international clients as well as the leasing and marketing of industrial warehouse and logistics projects across Poland. Buchwald previously worked in the CBRE Research and Consultancy Team as a research analyst responsible for market analysis and consultancy work for some of CBRE's largest clients.Before joining CBRE Buchwald worked for Ernst & Young. He graduated from Cracow's Jagiellonian University, majoring in international and political studies. He also completed studies in philosophy and humanities at the University of Granada.
